Terms of use

Last updated 21 June 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PropSense360 (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

PropSense360 is a property-valuation management platform that helps firms manage valuation instructions, reports, billing and related records. We may update, add or remove features over time.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your team members' use. You must be authorised to act for the organisation you register.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; uploading malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorised access; or using the Service to store or send unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Your data and content

You retain ownership of the data and content you submit ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host and process Your Data solely to provide and support the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Automated extraction and your verification responsibility

The Service includes features that automatically read instruction letters, emails and attachments and pre-fill draft fields (for example bank, owner, title number, references, dates, turnaround and terms of reference) using automated processing, including artificial-intelligence and optical-character-recognition technologies. This extraction is provided only to save data-entry time and may be incomplete, inaccurate or misinterpret the source document.

Extracted information is presented as an unverified draft. You remain solely responsible for reviewing every field against the original source document and correcting it before relying on it or creating any job, report or record. The Service requires you to confirm that you have verified the extracted information before a draft can be accepted; by confirming, you accept responsibility for the accuracy of the resulting record. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on automatically extracted information that you accept without adequate verification.

6. Fees

Paid plans, where applicable, are billed per the plan you select. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We will give reasonable notice of price changes.

7. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may perform maintenance and may modify or discontinue features.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. PropSense360 is a tool to assist your work and does not provide professional valuation, legal or financial advice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or to comply with the law. On termination you may request an export of Your Data within a reasonable period.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms; we will record a new version date and, for material changes, ask you to accept again. Questions? Contact us at support@propsense360.com.
