Valuations you can follow, collect and verify
Whether you are a bank or a SACCO, when your panel valuers run on PropSense360 your credit officers get a secure window onto the jobs you instruct: progress without phone calls, approved reports in one place, and a way to check any report is genuine.
Commercial and microfinance banks with a panel of valuers for mortgages and secured lending.
Deposit-taking and other SACCOs valuing land, plots and buildings offered as security for members' loans.
Follow every instruction
See where each job stands, from instruction to inspection to review, without ringing the valuer's office for an update.
Collect approved reports
Reports are released to the portal only after they pass the firm's review. Invoices and payment confirmations sit alongside them.
Verify any report
A QR code on the back page confirms the report is genuine and current, and lets you check its market value against the firm's record.
Fewer surprises between instruction and disbursement
- Every report passes a second valuer's review before you see it
- Figures in the report come from one record, so the summary and the valuation agree
- Concerns are raised and answered in a thread, with a record of the outcome
- Each firm's data is separated from every other firm's by the database itself

What lenders ask us
We are a SACCO, not a bank. Is this for us?
Yes. Everything on this page works the same for a SACCO as for a bank: if you instruct valuers to value property offered as security for a member's loan, your credit officers can follow those jobs, collect the approved reports and verify them.
Do we pay anything to use the portal?
No. The portal comes with your panel valuer's PropSense360 workspace. Your officers are invited by the valuation firm and sign in with their own email address.
What can our credit officers see?
Only the jobs your institution instructed with that firm: where each one stands, the approved reports, invoices and any concerns raised. Nothing from other lenders or other firms.
How do we check that a valuation report is genuine?
Finalised reports can carry a Verify report QR code on the back page. Scanning it shows the firm, the reference, the valuer and the date the report was finalised, and whether it is still the current version; you can also confirm that the market value printed on your copy matches.
Can our panel valuers keep their own report format?
Yes. Each firm reports in its own house style, from its own Word template, including any layout your bank or SACCO requires.
