A valuation job lives in six places at once.
None of those steps is hard. The cost is in the gaps between them: the title number typed four times, the report that sat for a week, the fee note nobody chased.
PropSense360 puts the whole job in one record your firm can see.
Monday morning, without asking anyone
Which jobs are live, which have gone quiet, what waits on a reviewer and what you are owed: the things that need you are at the top.

Every finalised report can carry a QR code on its back page. Scanning it shows the firm, the reference, the valuer and the date it was finalised, and whether it is still the current version.
- Bank and SACCO credit officers follow their jobs and collect approved reports in their own portal
- Only reports that have passed review are released
- Each firm's data is walled off from every other firm's by the database

Made in Nairobi, for Kenyan practice
The details a generic tool never gets right, built in from the start.
- Cap 532 fee scales, VAT and disbursements as first-class ideas
- Kenyan counties and East African cities in the reference data
- Each lands registry's official search and map fees picked up on requisitions
- Certificates tracked to their expiry, so an expired one never goes in a report
- Works on the connection you actually have, including offline in the field
- M-Pesa payment requests to your own Paybill: coming soon. We never hold your money

Practical questions, answered
Is our data kept separate from other firms?
Yes. Separation is enforced by the database itself, not only by application code: a firm's records are invisible to every other workspace by construction.
Do we have to change how we write reports?
No. We load your existing Word template, so the report that comes out is the one your clients already recognise, with your letterhead, fonts and wording.
Does it work in the field without signal?
Yes. The inspection app installs on a phone or tablet and keeps working offline. Photos, notes and GPS readings sync when the connection returns.
How long does it take to get started?
You can create a free workspace in minutes. For a guided start we set up your workspace, load your template and fee scales, and walk your team through it; most firms issue real reports in their first week.
What happens to our reports if we stop using PropSense360?
They are yours. Every report can be downloaded as a PDF, and as a Word document if you want it.
See it on one of your own jobs
We'll walk through a real instruction with your template and your figures, so you judge it on your own work rather than a demo file.
