Everything the valuation job needs, in one system

From the bank's or SACCO's instruction to the paid fee note. Built with practising valuation firms in Kenya, around how a practice actually runs.

Instructions & pipeline

Every instruction captured once, and nothing goes quiet

Record the bank's, SACCO's or client's instruction once and the whole team works from it. References are numbered in your own format, each job moves through stages you define, and its turnaround is clocked from the moment it arrives.

Your reference format
Auto-numbered references by valuer, category, client and year, or however your office already does it.
Turnaround you can see
Service levels per client and per job type, and the assigned valuer alerted when a job passes its target.
Terms of reference and branches
Bank and SACCO branches, contacts and instruction requirements kept with the client, not in someone's inbox.

Site inspections

Fieldwork captured where it happens, even offline

An app the valuer installs on a phone or tablet. It records the visit on site and keeps working without signal, then syncs when the connection returns, so nothing is transcribed twice.

GPS-stamped visits
Arrival and departure recorded with location, so the inspection is evidenced.
Photos grouped by section
Photographs are captioned and grouped as they are taken, ready for the report's picture gallery.
Your checklist
The same inspection checklist on every job, with the documents collected on site attached.
Valuation reports

Bank-ready reports in your own house style

PropSense360 fills your own Word template: your letterhead, fonts and clause wording. Figures come from the job record, so the value in the summary is always the value in the valuation. Edit in Word inside the browser when you need to, then issue a finished PDF.

Your template, not ours
The report your banks and SACCOs already recognise, laid out exactly as you designed it.
Appendices assembled for you
Picture gallery, Google Earth extract, official search, title copy and maps placed in your order, with photos sized two to a row.
Verify-report QR code
A back-page QR code lets anyone holding the report confirm it is genuine and current, without exposing your client's details.
Review & sign-off

Nothing is issued without a second pair of eyes

A valuer submits and the report locks. A reviewer approves it or returns it with a note, and every round is numbered, so you have a defensible record of who checked what, and when.

Maker and checker
No valuer can approve their own report.
Returned with reasons
Review notes stay with the report, round by round.
Reopen with a record
Correcting an issued report reopens it with the reason recorded.
Review rounds
Round 1Returned: "Comparable 3 is outside the radius."
Round 2Approved by the reviewerApproved
Comparables

Your market evidence compounds

Every comparable you record joins a searchable library with photos, on a map. On the next job in the same area, PropSense360 suggests the evidence you already hold within a radius you set.

A map of your evidence
Size, value, date and location on every pin.
Suggested on the job
Nearby sales evidence surfaces while you write the report.
Typed straight into reports
Comparable tables fill from the library instead of being retyped.

The scale fee worked out for you, or the fee you agreed, with VAT and disbursements.
Receipts in your stationery
Receipts carry your footer and the principal's signature.
M-Pesa to your own Paybill

Running the office

Requisitions, expenses and purchasing in the same place

The money a job costs is tracked as carefully as the money it earns, so you know the real margin on every valuation.

Requisitions with approvals
Staff request money for a job and follow it through approval and payment. Each lands registry's official search and map fees are filled in for them.
Expenses and overheads
Job costs kept separate from office overheads, with an expense report by period.
Procurement
Suppliers, quotations, purchase orders, goods received and payment vouchers, when you need them.
